Next in our series of 30-minute, lunchtime Q&As, we're talking to Emma Field-Rayner who has more than 20 years' experience in both the Art and the Set Decoration departments. 

We'll be asking Emma how she started out with her first jobs in film and TV and what advice she has for those getting into the industry now. This session is aimed at our New to the Industry members who would like to hear more about what it's like to work in the Set Decoration department, what the work is like and what skills you need to have a successful career. 

Emma has had a wide-ranging career, with art department credits that include Cruella, The Favourite, Ex Machina and Gangster Granny. Most recently she has set decorator credits from TV series' Anatomy of a Scandal and Inside Man. She even has some writer and acting credits under her belt!
