Next in our series of 30-minute, lunchtime Q&As, we're talking to Sarah Bicknell, who has more than 20 years' experience in both the Art and the Set Decoration departments. We'll be asking Sarah how she started out with her first jobs in film and TV and what advice she has for those getting into the industry now. 

Sarah has had a wide-ranging career, with credits that include Mamma Mia!, Avengers: Endgame, Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, The Witcher and House of the Dragon. After starting out as a junior in the Art Department, Sarah worked for many years as a Standby Art Director and has also art directed for both Art  and Set Dec. We will be asking Sarah about what those roles entail and what key skills are needed.
