We are kicking off a series of 30-minute, lunchtime Q&As with people in the TV and film industry, finding out how they started and what advice they have for others trying to get into the industry. 

Launching the series we're delighted to be talking to Molly Blake, who has worked in both Set Dec and the Art Department.

Molly started out before the pandemic as an Art Department Assistant and now works as an Assistant Buyer.

She has worked on productions ranging from Emmerdale to Napoleon and will be happy to answer your individual questions about working in TV and film.

We'll be asking her about moving from the north of England to the south, about how she got her first jobs, about how she moved between departments and what she wishes she'd known when she was starting out.
