The sessions will be run by Eva Onsrud, a Production Buyer for features such as Gladiator 2, The Witcher and Last Night in Soho by day, and qualified yoga teacher by night!
Hi! I’m Eva, a yoga teacher who qualified in 2013 after doing my training in India. In the past I’ve taught for crew at Warner Bros & Arborfield Studios, at hot yoga studios in Watford, Guildford & St Albans and also for Lululemon. I also love to teach for free or for charity donations so that yoga can be accessible to everyone. Please join me for a one hour flowing class that will give you a good stretch and a chance to calm your mind and unwind.
Sessions are suitable for all levels, I offer variations so you can do the easier option or try the more advanced version of the same postures
These yoga sessions are FREE for all Filmbase members and £10 for non members. If you'd like to become a Filmbase member, click here.
