Production Designer and Art Director May Davies will be joining us for our quick fire Filmbase Session about applying for jobs and making the leap from Low / micro budgets to bigger budget jobs.

May has worked across the budget bands as an Art Director, but has also had a prolific career as a Production Designer on micro and low budget films.  May will be talking about how to successfully transition from the smaller budget bands onto larger productions, but also why gaining experience across the bands is invaluable. 

May has advertised for Art Department Assistants on Filmbase in the past and will also talk about what she looks for on application forms when reviewing candidates.
